Salary: £25,009 per annum
Sightsavers’ Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) team work at the forefront of global efforts to eliminate a range of debilitating disorders effecting millions of people worldwide. As the Executive Assistant to senior team members you will contribute to this effort by actively supporting the management team’s work, managing diaries effectively and ensuring minutes are distributed in a timely manner.
This Executive Assistant role is a new post, offering you the opportunity to help shape the way that this position works in the wider team. To be successful you will be organised, with strong communication skills, confident liaising with senior stakeholders and able to arrange meetings and calls with colleagues in multiple time zones.
The NTD team offer a friendly dynamic environment and as the Executive Assistant you will need to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and high standards of written and verbal communication.
In order to apply for the role you will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent, have a background in an administrative support role, be accustomed in using Microsoft programmes and be experienced in working across cultures.
