Salary: circa £32,000
Sightsavers is looking to recruit a motivated and determined communications officer to play a key role in helping us raise the profile and awareness of our programme, policy and research work to a diverse range of audiences.
We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our busy team and help us identify and develop key messages and compelling stories from across our work and turn these into engaging and targeted communications for audiences including the public, donors, NGOs and the wider eye health and social inclusion sector.

Some experience communicating complex research or technical content would be an advantage.
If you’re passionate about the difference compelling communications can make, are equally comfortable working as part of a team as you are taking initiative and working independently, have a creative flair and can write clear, concise and compelling copy for a range of channels, this is the role for you.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties or required professional skills, so if you are interested in the role and finding out more please read the complete Job Description for further details.
Interviews will take place at Sightsavers office in Haywards Health and candidates will be asked to conduct a short exercise as part of the interview process.
